REFUNDS

Refunds are subject to discretionary termination penalties due to team registrations with CMHF, MMHL, SCFHF and Hockey Nova Scotia. A portion of these paid fees may be withheld subject to review by the EHMHA Executive. EHMHA will review each request to determine the impact to the team and or division levels and will be based on the extent of the impact as a result of player departure. All requests for cancellation and refunds will be prorated from the date submitted in writing to the Registrar. There will be no refunds after December 1, 2009.
